Hi Jill, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Work life balance has changed significantly over this year, a forced change. Prior to 2020, only a couple years of starting my little business, The HeArt Box, everything felt like a push. Keeping up with a constant momentum, go was the word I associated with the most. Time spent not going meant lost time.

Jill, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
I always remember creating art in some form all my life. Growing up in the Midwest nature was where I spent most of my time, playing in the trees and fields. Throughout High School the art room was usually where I would escape to. I continued my art education into college and started down a path of commercial art, graphic design.
